At Arista Aesthetics, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our work and the time reserved for each client, we have a strict no refund policy on all services and retail products.
Services
All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any retail items due to hygiene and safety considerations.
Retail Products
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
Deposits & Prepaid Services
Deposits and prepayments for appointments or packages are non-refundable. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
